Job Title: Copier Field Service Technician

Compensation : $14.00 – $23.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Creative Office Solutions, a leading provider of copier and printer services in Metro Atlanta, is seeking a dedicated Copier Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the reliability and functionality of various branded copiers and printers, including Sharp copiers and HP MFPs, for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnostic Repairs: Perform diagnostic repairs on copiers, printers, and MFPs to identify and rectify issues promptly.
  2. Preventative Maintenance: Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the equipment’s long-term reliability.
  3. Professional Image: Project a professional and courteous company image in all interactions with customers and co-workers.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting company requirements in response time, repair resolution, and parts management.
  5. Parts Inventory: Keep an accurate inventory of assigned parts to ensure efficient repairs.
  6. Performance Metrics: Pay focused attention to key performance indicators, including gross calls per day, efficiency rating, response time commitments, parts costs per call, and client satisfaction.
  7. Benchmarks: Meet daily benchmarks as outlined by the Service Manager.

Qualifications:

  • License/Certification: Driver’s License (Required)
